Strenght:

  • Front Squat
    • 5 Sets with 5 reps each
    • Go as heavy as possible

Skill:  

  • Hand Stand Hold against the wall
  • 5 sets with max. hold
  • Advanced: Go free standing (Walk, Push Ups, Stand)

 

WOD:

B A C K B R A K E R

  • 5 rounds for time of:
    • 4 Bar Muscle Ups / 8 Pull Ups
    • 200m Wall Ball Run
    • 6 Hand-Stand-Push-Ups / 10 Rings Rows
    • 15 Wall Balls
