- For 10min do animal walks, stretches and mobility work
Strenght:
- Front Squat
- WarmUp: 15 reps with empty bar
- E90sec x 6
- Build to a heavy single front squat with 32×1 tempo
- Strict PullUps
- EMOM6 do 5 strict PullUps
- Beginner: use elastic band
- Advanced: do it weighted or strict MuscleUp
WOD:
„Get off the couch“
- 20min AMRAP:
- 20 Cal Row / SkiErg
- 20 Lateral Burpees over Barbell
- 20 Butterfly Sit Ups
- 20 Thruster (20/15kg)
AFTER PARTY: 4x 30sec Nose and Toes against the Wall Stand
