  • For 10min do animal walks, stretches and mobility work

 

Strenght:

  • Front Squat
    • WarmUp: 15 reps with empty bar
    • E90sec x 6
    • Build to a heavy single front squat with 32×1 tempo

 

  • Strict PullUps
    • EMOM6 do 5 strict PullUps
    • Beginner: use elastic band
    • Advanced: do it weighted or strict MuscleUp

 

WOD:

„Get off the couch“

  • 20min AMRAP:
    • 20 Cal Row / SkiErg
    • 20 Lateral Burpees over Barbell
    • 20 Butterfly Sit Ups
    • 20 Thruster (20/15kg)

 

AFTER PARTY:            4x 30sec Nose and Toes against the Wall Stand
