  • 10 Turkish Get Ups for quality (5reps per side)

 

Strenght:

  • Single Dumbbell Overhead Squats
    • 5 Sets with 5 reps per arm
    • Increase weight for every set

 

  • Barbell Reverse Row (Standing)
    • Start with empty bar to warm up
    • After that EMOM6 with 5 reps with increasing weight
