Strenght:

  • Double Kettle Bell Over Head Reverse Lunges
    • 5 sets with 10 reps (5 per leg)
    • Try to increase weight for every round

 

  • Deficit PushUps
    • 5 sets with 10 reps
    • Advanced: do deficit Handstand-PushUps with 7 reps

 

WOD:

„Let the games begin“ Crossfit Games 2007 WOD  

  • For time: 1.000m Row
  • Then, 5 rounds of:
    • 25 PullUps (Scaled: 15)(use elastic band)
    • 7 PushJerks (60/40/20kg)

 

 

AFTER PARTY:            Try L-Sit (3x 10sec)

                        Advanced: 3x max time L-Sit
