- 8 KettleBellSwings (NO HEAVY)
- 20 Mountain Climbers (10 per leg)
Strength:
- GobletElevatorSquats (with KettleBell or Dumbbell)
- 5 sets with 4 reps each
- Increase weight with every set
Afterwards do 4 sets of 15sec ON / 45sec OFF
- PullUp Top Hold
WOD:
„Elimination Chamber“
Death by:
- WallBalls (9kg/6kg)
- PushUps (hand-release)
On Minute 1: do 1 Wall Ball & 1 PushUp, on Minute 2: do 2 WB & 2 PU and so on
Keep going until failure to finish needed reps per round
AFTER PARTY: Stretch and foam rolling or work on your weaknesses
