  • 8 KettleBellSwings (NO HEAVY)
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (10 per leg)

 

Strength:

  • GobletElevatorSquats (with KettleBell or Dumbbell)
    • 5 sets with 4 reps each
    • Increase weight with every set

 

Afterwards do 4 sets of 15sec ON / 45sec OFF

  • PullUp Top Hold

 

WOD:

„Elimination Chamber“   

Death by:      

  • WallBalls (9kg/6kg)
  • PushUps (hand-release)

On Minute 1: do 1 Wall Ball & 1 PushUp, on Minute 2: do 2 WB & 2 PU and so on

Keep going until failure to finish needed reps per round

 

AFTER PARTY: Stretch and foam rolling or work on your weaknesses
